Learned counsel for the State is present. This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.04.2026 passed in A.B.A. No.1527 of 2026 arising out of Musabani P.S. Case No.10 of 2024. 2. It has been averred in the petition that the petitioner was suffering from ailment and due to that he has not been able to surrender before the learned court within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner, in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered within stipulated time. 4. At page 12, there is a prescription which prima facie suggests that the petitioner was having some ailment. 5. In that view of the matter, two weeks’ further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned court. 6. Order dated 10.04.2026 passed in A.B.A. No.1527 of 2026, is modified to the above extent, rest of the order shall remain intact. 7. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
