The present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.17 dated 23.01.2025, under Sections 96, 137(2), 3(5) of BNS (corresponding to Sections 366-A, 363, 34 of IPC) [offence under Sections 64, 351(2) of BNS) (corresponding to Section 376 and 506 IPC) (Section 6 of POCSO Act, added later on], registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2. Vide order dated 01.05.2026, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 4. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 01.05.2026 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute.
