This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Nur Hussen @ Nur Hussein Sheikh, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Dhubri P.S. Case No. 456/2025 under Sections 74/75/76/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Dhubri P.S. Case No. 456/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 35/2026 dated 11.02.2026. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Dhubri P.S.
