Respondent(s) Through: Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 24.07.2026 Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction upon the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 06.06.2026 whereby the petitioner has sought leave without pay (extraordinary leave) for a period of two months. It is a case of the petitioner that he has developed health complications which require specialized medical treatment. It has also been stated that the wife of the petitioner had to undergo major surgical procedure for treatment of skull tumor at Sri Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. On account of these exigencies, the petitioner had applied for grant of leave without pay but the respondents are not taking any action in the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would feel satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to take a decision on his representation dated 06.06.2026 expeditiously. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking leave without pay (extraordinary leave) in accordance with the applicable rules governing the field most expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date a copy of this order is made available to the said respondents.
