Also heard Mr. N V S Prasada Varma, learned Standing Counsel for TTD. With their consent, the writ petition is dispose of, at the stage of admission. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in short is that despite making a representation dated 23.03.2026 seeking continuation of his hereditary right to perform the traditional Kainkaryam attached to the Tarigonda Vengamamba Iineage, including rendering of Muthyala Harathi and other customary services, no action is taken on the same. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for TTD, on instructions, submits that representation dated 23.03.2026 is pending consideration and appropriate action on the same would be taken expeditiously. 4. In the light of the above stated position, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, providing the authority concerned to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 23.03.2026 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
