The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Allow the above Writ Petition b) Issue a Writ of Certiorari, quashing the show cause notice issued by the second respondent to the petitioner dated 06.05.2026, bearing No.KASAPA/VYA.VI/2026-27/27/1 at ANNEXURE- E. c) Award costs. d) Issue any other Writ, Pass any such other order or direction that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. What is essentially challenged is a show cause notice dated 06.05.2026 at Annexure-E. The petitioner would always have the liberty to reply to the said show cause notice placing the say of the petitioner on record before the respondents and it is for the respondents to consider the same and pass - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29880 WP No. 17714 of 2026 necessary orders. In that view of the matter, the above petition stands disposed granting liberty to the petitioner to reply to the said show cause notice within 15 days from today i.e. on or before 30.06.2026. Once the reply is received by the respondents, respondents shall consider the same and pass necessary orders within 30 days of the receipt of the said reply. 4.
