Learned counsel for the applicant that on the last date of hearing, the applicant was directed by this Court to file the correct certified copy of the bail rejection order for all the offences for which the charge-sheet has been filed, but he further prays that the present bail application be dismissed as withdrawn, as the trial of the case is on the verge of its conclusion. 3.
