P.P. …...... 02/ 16.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 318(2), 318(4), 349, 338, 336(3), 3(5) of BNS, Section 103/104 of the Trade Marks Act and Section 5 of Environment of Protection Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. It is alleged that several keypads and others electronic components were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner was thereafter refurnishing and selling it. From the allegation, this Court fails to understand what is the offence which has been committed by the petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of the allegation, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamu, in connection with Panki P.S. Case No.08 of 2026, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand.
