2 Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not releasing the admitted due amounts to the Petitioners Institution towards reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by them under the Reimbursement of Tuition Fee(RTF)scheme for the students admitted in the academic years 2017-23 a sum of Rs. 1.36,17,125/- under the RTF scheme for obvious reasons as being arbitrary, illegal and violating Articles 14. 16, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also in contravention of the GO Ms No. 115, Social Welfare Department, dated 30-11- 2019 and other consequential
Government Orders, and consequently direct the Respondents to release the admitted amount to a tune of Rs.
1,36,17,125/- under the RTF scheme towards Reimbursement of Tuition Fee of both Fresh and Renewals for the students admitted in the academic years 2017-23 directly to the account of the Petitioners institution as all students admitted in these years have completed their courses and left the college by collecting their certificates and the college has not collected any amount of tuition fee from the said batches of students of the said years, together with interest thereon 24 percent per annum and issue such IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above Writ Petition it is hereby prayed that this honorable court may kindly direct the respondents to at least release the half of the total amounts due to the petitioners college that is of Rs. 1,36,17,125/- under the RTF scheme that are due to the college forthwith and issue such other writ or brder or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. ORDER :
The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not releasing the admitted due amount to a tune of Rs.1,36,17,125/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Six Lakhs Seventeen Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Five only), together with interest thereon @24% per annum to the Petitioner/Institution towards reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by the Petitioner/Institution under the 'Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (RTF) Scheme' for the academic years 2017-23, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare would submit that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 05.03.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4797 of 2026 and requested to pass a similar order in this Writ Petition also.
3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 05.03.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4797 of 2026. There shall be no order as to costs.
