(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh under the provision of Order 43 Rule 1 CPC. In addition to this, a prayer has also been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to extend the benefit of Section 14 of Limitation Act, to the petitioner.
2. Considering the above facts, the present petition is dismissed, as not pressed. It is further clarified that in case proceedings are initiated within a period of 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.
