JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER The learned counsel for the respective parties and the parties are present before the Court in both the cases. 2. The parties have filed separate joint memos. In Crl.R.P.No.305/2023 3. In term of the joint memo, they have agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs.9,67,500/- as against Rs.10,77,500/-. It is submitted that the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.2,15,500/- after suspension of sentence before the Appellate Court and Rs.3,23,250/- after order of this Court and for remaining amount, the petitioner has given Demand Draft bearing No.355567 for an amount of Rs.4,30,000/-. The complainant has also acknowledged the receipt of the demand draft. In Crl.R.P.No.279/2023 4. The parties have filed joint memo. In term of the joint memo, they have agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- as against Rs.7,00,000/-. It is submitted that - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30683 CRL.RP No. 305 of 2023 C/W CRL.RP No. 279 of 2023 the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.1,42,000/- after suspension of sentence before the Appellate Court and Rs.2,13,000/- after the order of this Court and for remaining amount, the petitioner has given Demand Draft bearing No.355568 for an amount of Rs.2,40,000/-. The wife of Mr. Shivananda A R has also acknowledged the receipt of the demand draft and difference amount of Rs.5,000/- is paid by way of cash before the Court and the wife of Shivananda A R is also acknowledged the same. 5. The joint memos are taken on record. In view of the said joint memos, the revision petitions are disposed of. 6. The revision petitioner of both the cases is directed to pay fine of Rs.10,000/- in each case which is imposed by the Trial Court within two weeks from today. The counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce the receipt for having deposited the fine amount before the registry within two weeks. If fails to furnish the same, list the matter before the Court for payment of fine amount on 03.07.2026. The petitioner has no objection to withdraw the amount which is in deposit before the Trial Court by the respective respondents. 8.
