In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 07.07.2018 at Annexure-J series. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the averments made in the representations at Annexure-J series that the land in question has been granted in favour of the petitioners as per the grant order under LND No.1188/1970-71, the mutation and the Saguvali chit along with the grant order produced by the petitioner, it is noted that there is no impediment for respondent No.2 to consider the same and take a decision in the matter, in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29618 WP No. 40147 of 2018 4.
