Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made an application and the same was returned and requests this Court to permit the petitioner to make fresh application along with relevant documents. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to file an application under Form-6A along with all the relevant documents, within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Upon filing such application along with all necessary documents, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders by providing a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
