The grievance of the petitioner was that the appeal which had been filed by the petitioner before respondent No.1 had not been taken up for consideration. During the pendency of the above matter, respondent No.1 has taken up the said appeal for consideration and the first hearing was held on 07.05.2026 and respondent No.1 has called for certain information and answers to certain queries raised by respondent No.1, which is in the process of being given to respondent No.1. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29538 WP No. 13599 of 2026 3. Learned AGA submits that, if given 60 days time, the appeal would be disposed. 4. The said submission answers the grievance of the petitioner. 5.
