Petitioner had filed this writ petition feeling aggrieved against the consideration order dated 21.10.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), District Sirmaur at Nahan rejecting her case seeking applicability of Mohit Sharma Vs. State of H.P. Ors.2 At this stage, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 10.09.2026 from Director of Elementary Education conveying reconsideration of petitioner’s case and passing of fresh consideration order on 14.08.2026. Copy of the said consideration order has also been placed on record. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2CWP No. 1638/2024 decided on 29.11.2024 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the office instructions dated 10.09.2026 and the revised consideration order dated 14.08.2026 passed by the respondents have redressed the grievance of the petitioner, therefore, the writ petition be closed with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal her surviving grievance, if any, in accordance with law. Accordingly, reserving liberty as prayed for this writ petition stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
