The matter has been called twice for hearing, however, the appellant in person is not present. 3 2. Heard Mr. Prasun Bhaduri, learned Deputy Advocate General for respondent / State. 3. The present appeal has been filed the appellant praying for followin relief: “1- Kindly be pleased to quash/ set a side the impugned order dated 12/12/23, 17/09/21 and 29/06/20 (Annexure P-1, P-2,P-3) respectively, issued by the respondent revenue authority. 2- To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and the circumstances of the case including awarding cast throughout inclusive of the means profit throughout to the petitioner. 3- Kindly pass the order for fresh demarcation of the encroached agriculture land as aforesaid K.H. Though a perusal of the prayer made in the present writ appeal shows that the appellant has sought the very same relief as was claimed in the writ petition, which stood dismissed by this Court vide order dated 03.02.2026, the substance of the present appeal appears to be to assail the order dated 03.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPC No.1847/2025 (Sameer Sharma v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), whereby the writ petition preferred by the appellant herein was dismissed as not maintainable. 5. From perusal of the cause-list, it transpires that the appeal suffers from numerous defects, even the impugned order dated 03.02.2026 has not been annexed. 6. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed on this ground alone with the liberty to the appellant to file afresh after curing the defects pointed out by the Registry. 7. Let a copy of this order by sent to the appellant in person by Registrar (Judicial) for necessary information and compliance.
