Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that no videography of the seizure had been made. On this ground,
learned counsel for the petitioner prays for bail.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor while opposing the prayer for bail places the certificate of the videography.
3. Considering the submission and the counter-submission, the contention of the learned counsel representing the petitioner is not at all acceptable.
4. Considering the quantity of the substance recovered from the accused petitioner and considering the gravity and the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. The application for bail is thus rejected.
6. The case diary is returned to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor in Court today.
7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
