The present writ petition has been filed with an innocuous prayer that direction may be issued to learned Trial Court to decide the suit No. 14/2024 pending adjudication within six months. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-plaintiff is a 86 years old lady and being a senior citizen seeks that the suit be decided as expeditiously as possible. 3. Looking to the age of the petitioner-plaintiff, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible without unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 5.
