The compliance report stands filed by the respondents in terms of order dated 03-06-2026. It is stated that, in pursuance of the order passed on 26-02-2026, a report was sought from the District Magistrate, Shopian, who, vide No. DCS/SQ/25-26/192-93 dated 11-04-2026, furnished a detailed report. On the basis of the said report, a detailed consideration order rejecting the application of the applicants/petitioners has been issued. The respondents have also placed on record the detailed consideration order vide Order No. 73-DIVK of 2026 dated 08-07-2026, under endorsement No. Div.Com/MLA/(3571)/E-7868281/2026 dated 08- 07-2026, whereby the application of the petitioners has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has already challenged the order dated 08-07-2026 before the Appellate Authority.
