The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody since 03.12.2025 in connection with Gola (Ramgarh) P.S. Case No.130 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 303(2) / 317(2)/ 317 (4)/ 112 /3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 23 of Petroleum Act has moved for regular bail. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that allegation against the petitioner is that he was not involved in the commission of theft. The allegation is that he had purchased stolen diesel which was seized from him. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the nature of allegation, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
