ORAL ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks following prayer:
"a. Quash the FIR dated 28-03-2025 and Complaint dated 31-12-2024 registered as Crime No.0019/2025 by CCB Bengaluru Police Station produced as Annexure-A and B for he offence punishable under section 41,39 of Karnataka Money Lenders Act, 1961, section 3, 4 Karnataka Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2004 and Section 420 of IPC, 1860 pending before the 1st ACMM Court at Bengaluru as far as petitioner is concerned.
b. Pass any other order(s) or direction this Hon'ble court deems fit according to the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing the matter at length would seek leave of this court to approach this Court, in the event, a final report is filed and if the final report would go against him.
3. Reserving such liberty to the petitioner, the petition stands disposed off.
4. In view of the disposal of the main petition, I.A.No.2/2025 does not survive for consideration and stands
disposed off.
