1. The petitioner is an accused in the case registered under Sections 310(2), 311 and 317(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. His name has surfaced in course of investigation on the basis of alleged confessional statement of co-accused Gautam Dhiwar. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. Co-accused- Gautam Dhiwar, Abhishek Kumar and Pintu Kumar have already been granted bail vide different orders passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent, as has been stated in para-12 of the present bail application. He is in judicial custody since 1st September, 2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail.
3. Learned APP opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, the petitioner above named is directed

to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Dhanbad in connection with S.T. Case No.682 of 2025.
