Learned counsel for petitioner submits that considering the arrest of the petitioner in criminal case, petitioner was suspended. Vide order dated 01.04.2024, petitioner was released on bail within short period and thereafter, submitted representation for re-considering the order of suspension of petitioner, however, no order has been passed on the said application, therefore, a direction be issued to respondents to take decision on the application/representation submitted by petitioner for reconsideration of suspension of petitioner.
2. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. He however, submits that in the representation submitted by petitioner, there is no mention for reviewing the order of suspension.
3. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation for reviewing the
order of suspension of petitioner and if such representation is submitted, the concerned authorities shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands
