The petitioners have preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):- 10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and be pleased to direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioners forthwith. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be call for the records for its kind perusal which relates to petitioner’s matter. 10.3 Any other relief/reliefs, which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be allowed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were appointed as daily-wage employees in the respondents department, i.e. Water Resources Department. It is submitted that their services were illegally terminated on 01.06.2019. Aggrieved by the said termination, the petitioners raised an industrial dispute before the Labour Court, Durg. The Labour Court, vide order dated 04.01.2022 passed in Case No. 05/ID Act/2020/Reference, directed reinstatement of the petitioners, pursuant to which they were reinstated in employment on 19.12.2022. Learned counsel further submits that despite repeated requests, the employment of the petitioners have not been regularized. He further submits that this petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to submit representation seeking regularization of their employment with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 4. In reply, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that if the petitioners submit representations, then the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 5. Having considered the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of 3 granting liberty to the petitioners to submit representations before respondents/competent authority seeking regularization of their employment, within 15 days from today. In the event of filing of such representation by the petitioners along with a copy of this order, the respondent/competent authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within a further period of 45 days from the date of its submission. 6.
