Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the civil suit pending before the learned trial Court has already been disposed of on 28.06.2019. Since the present petition has been filed challenging an interim order passed in the said civil suit and the suit itself has already been finally decided, the present petition has rendered infructuous. 2. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the State and upon perusal of the case status report as well as the information available on the official website of the District and Sessions Court, Raipur, it is evident that the civil suit has already been disposed of. Accordingly, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. 3. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
