Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No. 9 submits that the appeal titled “Mohd. Shabroz and other vs. Mohd. Rashid” filed by the petitioner/non applicant has been dismissed by the learned Serial No. 153 2 WP(C) No. 1015/2026 Additional Deputy Commissioner with power of Commissioner Agrarian Reforms, Rajouri in terms of order dated 23.06.2026, as such, the main writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 5.
