A perusal of the paper book reveals that there is no cogent material on record to substantiate any threat
Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh one on the basis of cogent material and a specific threat perception. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
