The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No.154 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 308(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act pending in the Court of learned J.M. Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner was initially not named in the FIR, however, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the course of investigation. He further submits that the petitioner has not extorted the money. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that in the course of investigation the name of the 2026:JHHC:24705 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4572 of 2026 petitioner has surfaced. She further submits that the petitioner has supplied the sim card and utilizing the said sim card extortion was demanded and the petitioner happened to be member of TSPC Organization which is banned organization. On these grounds, she submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. The allegations are there against the petitioner that he used to supply the sim card and utilizing the said sim card the extortion money was demanded and the petitioner is said to be member of TSPC Organization which is banned organization. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
