The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs: “10.RELIEF(S) SOUGHT: - 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the present Petitioner from the Respondent authorities concerned for kind perusal. 10.2 The Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ /writs, order / orders, direction / directions, and set-aside impugned order dated 15.06.2026 (ΑΝΝΕXURE P-1), issued by the Respondent No.07, and the Respondent authorities be directed to afford proper opportunity of hearing, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Pass any other order under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide impugned eviction notice dated 15.06.2026 (Annuxure P-1) issued by respondent No.7, petitioner was directed/asked to remove the encroachment over the Government land (Chhote Jhad Ka Jangal) in bearing Khasra No.82, Rakba 0.22 hectare, situated in Village Panchayat Barwadih, Tahsil Ramchandrapur. Said eviction notice has been passed without show-cause-notice, without giving opportunity to the petitioner and in violation of the principal of the 3 Natural Justice. Hence, petitioner has came-up before this Court with above reliefs/prayer. 3. Learned State Counsel on instruction submits that proceeding under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (CGLRC) is pending for consideration before the concerned Tahsildar and it will be decided within 30 days. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering facts of the case and submissions advanced by counsel for the respective parties, the instant petition stands disposed of directing the concerned respondents-authorities not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner in respect of removal notice dated 15.06.2026 (Annuxure P-1) till the period of 30 days.
