Ms. Seema Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter has been heard at this stage without calling for the reply. 3. Petitioners seek direction to the respondents to designate them as Lecturers {Physical Education (School New)}. They seek applicability of Himachal Pradesh School DPE Sang & another vs. State of H.P. & Anr.2 It is, however, seen from the record that the petitioners have not preferred any representation for the redressal of their grievances raised in the writ petition. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWPOA No. 3157 OF 2019, decided on 01.12.2022. 2 4. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would be preferring a representation within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is so made, the same shall be decided by the competent authority in accordance with law as well as taking into consideration the above judgment within a period of six weeks thereafter.
