Mr. Diwan Singh Negi, Advocate for the non-applicant. By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation deposited by the non-applicant. The above titled CMP(M) No. 853 of 2017, has been dismissed, by this Court, on 01.07.2025, which has been preferred, by the applicant, against the award dated 29.06.2015, passed by the learned MACT-III, Kangra at Dharamshala, in MACP No.87-G/II/2013/2010, titled as Manoj Kumar & Another versus Ravinder Singh Parmar & Others. As per the report, a sum of Rs.8,25,800/- has been deposited, by the non-applicant, in the Registry of this Court. In view of the no objection made by learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant, the amount so lying deposited, in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released, along with proportionate interest, in favour of the applicants, in terms of the award dated 29.06.2015, by remitting the same into their bank accounts, particulars of which have been mentioned in para 4 of the application.
