In view of the fact that the order under review was a short order passed in the Court on the basis of report of the Committee, which had been filed on 09.12.2021 and apparently, no objection had been filed to the same, we are of the considered opinion that the review petition is not maintainable, since the opportunity has been granted to the petitioner. 3.
