ORDER 27.07.2026 After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court for preserving the relevant evidence collected during the course of investigation. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court and the learned Trial Court shall deal with the same, strictly in accordance with law.
