T V JAGGI REDDY Counsel for the Respondent: 1. The court made the following order: The present civil revision petition is filed for not disposing the I.A.No.276/2024 in I.A.No.963/2022 in O.S.No.2030 of 2022 on the file of court of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, inspite of order dated 06.12.2024 in CRP.No.2819 of 2024. 2. Heard Sri T.V .Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 3. A perusal of the record would indicate that, earlier revision filed by the petitioner vide CRP.No.2819 of 2024 was dismissed as withdrawn wherein this Court, under its order dated 06.12.2024, has given a direction for expeditious disposal of the review application within four(04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. It appears that, the review application is still pending consideration. Since, the relief sought by the petitioner is innocuous being only for disposal of the review application and as the review application is of the year 2024, this court is inclined to dispose of the present revision petition with the following direction: “The Trial court is directed to decide the review application vide I.A.No.276/2024 as expeditiously as possible within six(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.” Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI Note: C.C. by three days B/o BRS
