This application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning a delay of 25 days in filing the appeal. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the delay of 25 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. I.A. No. 10721 of 2026 stands disposed of. Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 1032 of 2026 This appeal is directed against the order dated 19.05.2026 passed in B.P. No. 237/2026, arising out of Pratappur P.S. Case No. 12/2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 424/2026, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Chatra, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that on a raid conducted by the Police three miscreants were apprehended with arms and ammunitions. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated on the disclosure made by the apprehended accused persons. It has been submitted that the apprehended accused persons have been granted bail in Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 559 of 2025, Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 650 of 2025 and Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 1220 of 2025. Learned counsel adds that the appellant is in custody since 22.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the appellant, we while setting aside the order dated 19.05.2026 passed in B.P. No. 237/2026, arising out of Pratappur P.S. Case No. 12/2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 424/2026, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Chatra, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra in connection with Pratappur P.S.
