According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, though the FIR was registered in the year 2021, charge sheet came to be laid in the year 2024 and thereafter, at the stage of service of summons, the case is pending for the past two years. 3. A perusal of the “B” diary extract reveals that the case is posted on 02.04.2026 for questioning of A2 to A5.
