The petitioner has been made accused in connection Dhanwar P.S. Case no. 11 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(2) r/w 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was transporting huge quantity of melted silver and silver jewelry which is alleged to be stolen property. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-03 of the supplementary affidavit dated 14.08.2026. It is then submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 30.06.2026 as mentioned in para 11 of instant bail application. It is next submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the trial of the case and undertakes not to annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the co-accused person of similar allegation has already been granted bail by this Court on 21.04.2026 in B.A. No. 3333 of 2026. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to regular bail. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case no. 11 of 2026 with the condition that the petitioner will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during trial of the case and will co-operate with the trial of the case with further condition that he will furnish mobile phone number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change the mobile phone number during the trial of the case.
