Heard Ms. M. Lavanya, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. N. Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The petitioner has completed a course in acupuncture and is running an acupuncture therapy centre. Mr. N. Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate for the respondents, submitted that the respondents are not interfering with the petitioner’s practice and that any action, if required, would be taken only in accordance with law. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner’s practice except by initiating appropriate proceedings in accordance with due process of law. 6.
