COMMON JUDGMENT:
Today, when the matters are called, Sri S. Srikanth, learned counsel representing Sri D. Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company, stated that a Memo is filed regarding the amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties in both the appeals i.e., M.A.C.M.A.Nos.2082 of 2018 and 2084 of 2018. Along with the said memo, a letter dated 11.12.2018 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, was filed, entailing the settlement of the matter between the appellant/Insurance Company and the respondents during the pendency of the appeal i.e., M.A.C.M.A.No.2082 of 2018, and requested to close the case as settled out of Court. 2. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company that the matters are amicably settled, which is fortified by the letter addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), this Court is of the opinion that keeping the matters pending will not serve any purpose and hence, these Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed on the statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company that the issues are settled out of Court. There shall be no order as to costs. 3. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications, pending, if any shall stand closed. _______________________ TUHIN KUMAR GEDELA, J Date: 02.01.2026 BMS
