In terms of the joint memos, the parties have agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- in each case as a full and final settlement as against Rs.14,90,000/-. The complainants have also acknowledged the receipt of their demand drafts respectively. In Crl.R.P.No.1525/2024 3. The counsel for the respective parties and the parties are present before the Court and filed a joint memo reporting compromise of the petition. 4. In terms of the joint memo, the parties have agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs.34,14,500/- as a full and final settlement as against Rs.40,00,000/-. It is submitted that out of settlement amount of Rs.34,14,500/-, an amount of Rs.8,10,000/- and Rs.12,04,500/-, totally an amount of Rs.20,14,500/- is already deposited before the Trial Court and for remaining amount of Rs.14,00,000/-, the petitioner/accused has given Demand Draft bearing No.012922 in favour of the - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30682 CRL.RP No. 1267 of 2018 C/W CRL.RP No. 1268 of 2018 CRL.RP No. 1269 of 2018 AND 1 OTHER complainant. The complainant has also acknowledged the receipt of the said demand draft. 5. The joint memos are taken on record. In view of the said joint memos, the revision petitions are disposed of. 6. The revision petitioner is directed to pay total fine of Rs.35,000/- which is imposed in the aforesaid cases by the Trial Court within two weeks from today. The counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce the receipt for having deposited the fine amount in all the cases before the registry within two weeks. If fails to furnish the same, list the matters before the Court for payment of fine amount on 03.07.2026. If receipt is furnished, no need to list the matter before the Court. 7. The petitioner has no objection to withdraw the amount which is in deposit before the Trial Court by the respective respondents. 8.
