The present criminal appeal has been filed for setting-aside the order dated 26.03.2026, passed by the learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Chatra in connection with SC/ST Case No.03 of 2017, arising out of Complaint Case No.208 of 2012, whereby the learned Special Court has taken cognizance for the offence under Sections 3(1)(e)(r)(s) of the S.C & S.T Act against the appellants and issued summon against them. The case is presently pending before the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st Cum-Special Judge, SC & ST Act, Chatra. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal appeal with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law before the Court where the trial is pending. 4.
