According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, he sold the property to the 4th respondent as the power agent of the 3rd respondent. The 4th respondent, after purchasing the property, lodged a complaint alleging that the mother of the petitioner had not vacated the property. Based on the said complaint, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.
