It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners that admittedly the relationship between informant and petitioners is of employer and employee. It is submitted that the shop of the informant was admittedly inaugurated on 26.10.2024, the date on which the relationship of employer and employee came into existence, but the screenshot as provided by the informant qua misappropriated amount suggests that all alleged payment as made through PhonePe and Paytm, was made before 26.10.2024, when there was no relationship of employer and employee as between the informant and petitioners and, therefore, all such allegations prima facie appears not convincing and due to oblique motive just for false implication of these petitioners, present case was lodged. Petitioners claimed clean antecedent. 5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42790 of 2026(2) dt.07-07-2026 3/3
