JUSTICE S.G.PANDIT) The petitioner is before this Court questioning non-grant of interim order by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru (for short, 'the Tribunal') in Application No.2738/2026, wherein the petitioner had questioned her transfer from KRRDA Central Office, Bengaluru to Project Division, Shira under notification dated 27.05.2026. 2. Heard learned counsel Sri. Nandish Patil, for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate Sri. K. R. Rajendra, for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3. It is noticed that the petitioner has already completed her tenure at Bengaluru. As such, the petitioner was liable for transfer and accordingly, she is transferred from Bengaluru to Shira under notification dated 27.05.2026. The only ground urged by the petitioner is that the she was on maternity leave as she gave birth to child on 06.01.2026, and as such, she may be continued for sometime at Bengaluru as she has difficulty in taking her child to Shira. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29460-DB WP No. 17440 of 2026 4. The petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved by non-granting of stay of the transfer notification dated 27.05.2026. Main application is still pending before the Tribunal. The contention of hardship pleaded before this Court could be urged before the Tribunal, it is for the Tribunal to consider the same and pass appropriate order. 5. At this stage, since the petitioner has already completed her tenure, we are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 04.06.2026 passed by the Tribunal.
