After hearing, learned counsel for the parties, I find that both the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 7 are claiming title over the land in question. Both of them are claiming on the basis of sale deed. Further, from the argument, I get an impression that there is dispute in respect of possession over the land in question as some part may be overlapping each other. 4. These types to title dispute cannot be adjudicated in an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Thus, I direct the petitioner to approach the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. Once the petitioner approaches the Court, it will be open to the petitioner to file an application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 of CPC which will be considered by the Court. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 13th August, 2026 R.S./S.K.C Uploaded on 14/08/2026
