Also heard Ms. Ritika Verma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent/State. 2. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “ It is therefore most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the condition of bail on furnishing two local surities as mentioned in order dated 16.12.2025 passed in MCRC No. 9212/2025 and further be pleased to allow the petitioner to avail the benefit of bail on his personal bond. ” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 has already furnished local sureties, hence, the present CRMP has become infructuous. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present CRMP is dismissed as infructuous. 5.
