Mr. Madhu Jana Ms. Puja Sonkar …for the State Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. The petitioners allege that the private respondents have raised construction by encroaching upon their land which is obstructing their egress and ingress. They have also disconnected the water supply of the petitioners in their property. The petitioners have filed a civil suit in this regard wherein the learned trial Court has granted an order of injunction in their favour. The dispute is purely civil in nature. The petitioners are at liberty to seek redressal of their grievance before the learned Civil Court. The writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
