As per pleadings, the petitioner has applied for 8 KW commercial connection from the answering respondents for his car washing point at Sangrur-Barnala highway. He has deposited fee of Rs.2,33,030/- through demand draft dated 09.02.2026. The respondent has not released electricity connection despite expiry of 3 months from the date of deposit of fee.
