When the matter was listed on 23.01.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner retired from service. Since there was no representation on 23.01.2026, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. 4.
