Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 11.09.2026, issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 171001 and copy of office order dated 13.08.2026, passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Elementary), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 13.08.2026, reveals that the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected. 3. This Court while disposing of CWP No.16263 of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025, titled, Rama Sharma vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., on 16.10.2025, had only given direction to the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation made by the petitioner in light of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh Thakur and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others alongwith connected matter. 4. Since the respondents have now considered and rejected the representation made by the petitioner, the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, has been complied with and as such nothing remains to be adjudication in the present execution petition and the same is disposed of as having been fully satisfied. However, the petitioner, if aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated 13.08.2026, may take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
